Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking team members to provide in-store merchandising support and to help meet shoppers' needs. You will build displays, reset shelves with rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You must be 18+, be comfortable interacting with customers and management, and bring a safety-first mindset to a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Be a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
• You are 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Assist with general store tasks and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with management and team members to deliver great customer service.
