Advantage Solutions in Clinton, NJ is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers, build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; you must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation is needed, with potential for additional hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
