Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help shape the shopping experience. You will support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Training is provided and growth opportunities abound.

Roles require you to be friendly, 18+, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, with reliable transportation and a safety-first mindset in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• You’re 18 years or older.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Reliability with transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform duties with a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
• Help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
