Advantage Solutions in Brentwood, TN is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, set end caps, rotate shelves, and monitor inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; you must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 74 lbs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• You’re 18 years or older.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Enjoy physical work of moving, bending, standing, squatting and can lift up to 74 lbs.
• Open to visiting multiple stores within a week.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, store staff, and customers.
• Can work independently or as part of a team.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
