Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Brentwood, TN. You will support retailers by building displays, setting end caps, and rotating stock to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; we promote from within and may offer additional hours. You must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be able to lift up to 74 lbs. You may visit multiple stores weekly and work well solo or with a team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 74 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to visit multiple stores weekly; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps, rotate product on shelves, and track inventory.
• Ensure store and supplier sales opportunities are maximized by proper merchandising.
• Communicate effectively with store staff, team members and customers.
