Advantage Solutions in Troy, TN is seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser (Temporary) to support in-store merchandising, build displays, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will work independently at assigned stores with safety in mind, earning $18.00 per hour to start and benefiting from training and development opportunities that help grow your career.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and promotions execution.
• Ability to analyze sales flows and adjust displays accordingly.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps that showcase our products and capture shopper attention.
• Reset shelves with proper product rotation to keep stores fresh, full, and on plan.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Drive sales by influencing key decision makers and ensuring our products dominate at retail.
• Champion product availability through eye-catching displays to optimize in store presentation and execute merchandising strategies that directly boost sales.
• Impact and transform product assortment through ordering, stock rotation, and inventory management.
• Grow and scale a territory by owning a diverse book of business, identifying opportunities, and executing strategies that expand market presence.
