Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to perform product merchandising in large-volume stores, stocking shelves, rotating products, and setting up displays. The role involves lifting 20–45 pounds per case and moving products between backrooms and sales floors, with a consistent schedule and field-based work.

Responsibilities include rotating stock, transporting products using equipment, communicating store issues, and delivering strong customer service. Must have reliable attendance and a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable).
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Proof of insurance.
• Helpful experience in retail or grocery environments.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location using equipment.
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (e.g., scan-in/scan-out, designated routes).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service through effective communication and attentiveness.
• Operate with minimal supervision (self-managed role).
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
