Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a product merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate stock, and set up displays in large volume stores. The role involves lifting cases (20–45 lbs), moving products between backroom and sales floor, and using hand trucks or pallet jacks. You will interact with store staff and PepsiCo management to maintain attractive displays and accurate inventory.

Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid U.S. driver's license, and the ability to meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Proof of insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, designated route).
• Deliver customer service and attentiveness to customer needs.
