Job summary

Beaumont, TX-based PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to manage product placement, stocking, and display setup across large volume grocery accounts. You will move products from storage to sales floor, rotate shelf stock, and maintain backroom order while building relationships with store personnel.

The role involves lifting cases 20–45 pounds, bending and reaching, and working a scheduled shift with potential schedule variations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable).
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location using equipment.
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
