Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. This role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work safely in a retail environment.

No experience is required as training is provided; you must be 18+, have transportation, and be ready to collaborate with store teams. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
