Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is looking for in-store merchandising support to build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory for retailers. You’ll work with a team to optimize shelf space and product presentation, helping shoppers find what they need and driving sales.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; competitive wages and opportunities for growth are offered, with additional hours available on request.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic interactions with customers and management
• You’re 18 years or older
• Physical work with lifting up to 50 lbs and ability to stand for long periods
• Reliable transportation to the work location
• Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results
• Able to work independently and in teams with safety-focused retail mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs
• Build displays and end caps to maximize product visibility
• Reset shelves with product rotation and re-merchandising as needed
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities
• Support training and teamwork to ensure successful store execution
