Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help shape the future of shopping experiences. You will build displays, reset shelves with rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for retailers.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and voluntary plans. Competitive hourly wages start at $16.00 with additional hours possible.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor with customers and management.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to move, bend, stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also capable of teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and update displays.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
