True Stance, Inc. is hiring a Junior Marketing Trainee for an in-person role in New Jersey. No prior experience is required; paid training and mentorship are provided to develop skills in marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation.

You will support promotional initiatives, engage customers, and work with a team to meet daily and campaign objectives in retail environments. The program focuses on professional development and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
• Goal-oriented approach with an interest in professional development.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.

Responsabilités
