Jersey Mike's Subs in Davenport, IA seeks a Manager in Training to help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. Lead by example, implement systems with integrity, and maintain enthusiastic and friendly leadership.

You will drive customer satisfaction, train staff, and ensure menu execution while upholding the brand standards and a positive store environment. The role offers a path to store leadership with a focus on teamwork and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
• Input orders into a POS system and handle payments.
• Prepare subs to customer specifications following safety and sanitary procedures.
• Operate knives, grills, slicers and other kitchen machinery.
• Maintain daily restaurant cleanliness and sanitation of utensils and restrooms.
• Communicate with team and management to create schedules, train staff, and resolve issues.
• Handle customer concerns professionally per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Maintain neat appearance and comply with uniform and dress code.
