ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Columbia, TN. This role focuses on engaging customers, generating leads, and setting appointments for our home comfort solutions.

The position offers $19-$23 per hour plus uncapped commission, weekly pay, paid training, and a career path into HVAC sales. Thursday-Sunday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM; weekly team meetings at the Nashville branch.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Reliable transportation to store locations.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.

This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting by introducing customers to our home comfort solutions, energy-saving upgrades, and indoor air quality services.
