Job summary

PlumbLine Services, Inc is seeking a Roadshow Lead Generator to engage customers at Costco partner locations, schedule in-home sales appointments, and travel between Timnath, Longmont, Superior, Thornton, and Westminster. The position offers an on-site role with a base pay of $20/hour plus commission, with potential to earn around $30/hour on average.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

• Willingness to stand for extended periods and transport light equipment.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance at partner locations.
• Transport and set up roadshow equipment (banners, tables).
• Maintain and utilize the kiosk to explain HVAC and water purification benefits.
• Initiate conversations and schedule in-home sales appointments.
• Educate customers and store employees about HVAC and water purification programs.
• Hit KPIs and sales targets.
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
