Atlas Trillo Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This high-energy sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting for home comfort solutions and energy-saving upgrades.

Part-time and full-time positions are available. Weekly pay with uncapped commission, paid training, and a clear career path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles are offered.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Weekend and some holiday availability is expected.
• Reliable transportation to and from retail locations.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence and promote in-store promotions.
