Position Overview: Culligan by Consolidated Water Group is hiring a Full-Time, In-Store Lead Catcher to work at Home Depot, Leesburg, FL. This role offers flexible hours and full benefits from day one, including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and more. The position is paid hourly, bi-weekly, and is eligible for bonuses. Weekday and Saturday availability is required (5-day/week schedule).

Responsibilities:
  • Engage proactively with customers to generate high-quality sales leads within the store environment.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with eligibility for commissions based on qualified leads resulting in sales.
