Job summary

Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is hiring Customer Engagement Specialists to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This in-store sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting, helping homeowners improve comfort and energy efficiency.

We offer uncapped commission with an average earning potential of $20-$30/hour plus commission, weekly pay, paid training, and flexible full-time and part-time opportunities inside an established retail

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly personality suitable for in-store conversations.
• Experience in retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Act as a brand ambassador by educating customers on ARS services and home-improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations; book appointments for ARS specialists.
