Air Experts in Neptune, NJ is hiring In-Store Lead Ambassadors to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement stores. You will engage shoppers, educate customers on tune-ups, system upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions, and schedule in-home consultations or service visits.

We offer hourly pay $20–$22 with uncapped commission, weekly pay, paid training, and a clear career path into HVAC sales. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules and benefits after 31 days are available.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment, acting as a product-consultant and support lead-generation efforts
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
