ARS is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Gainesville, FL. This is a high-energy sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting for Florida Home AC and ARS services.

You’ll introduce homeowners to home comfort solutions, energy upgrades, and indoor air quality services, with base pay $16–$18/hour plus uncapped commission. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers (not required but preferred).
• Retail or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand, walk, and engage customers during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners in-store and introduce them to ARS Florida Home AC and services.
• Start friendly conversations about home comfort, energy efficiency and indoor air quality.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and educate customers on ARS heating and cooling options.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer data and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence and support promotions.
