ALLGOOD Heating and Cooling is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives and Lead Generators to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement stores. You will engage shoppers, explain service options, and schedule in-home consultations or tune-ups, earning hourly pay plus commission.

This part-time or full-time role offers weekly pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, and a clear career path into HVAC sales, with weekend availability and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment as a product consultant.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation to and from stores.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements to shoppers.
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations and tune-ups with technicians.
• Note: not door-to-door, canvassing, or canvasser duties.
