ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Noblesville, IN. You will speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, energy savings, and home comfort solutions.

This high-energy role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and scheduling free in-home consultations. We offer weekly pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stand and walk during shifts.

Responsabilités
