American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Product Ambassadors to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Rockland, MA. This sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting for ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions.

The position offers hourly pay of 23–25 with uncapped commissions, paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Educate customers on ARS services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions with management and ARS team.
