Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Production Representative to provide fresh, in-store products like salads, sandwiches, and pizzas while upholding food safety and sanitation standards. You will work across food prep areas, assist with catering orders, and ensure accurate labeling and rotation of products.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment with rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Culinary certification preferred.
• Experience in food preparation and equipment preferred.
• Ability to execute high-volume production.

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, dice, and chop food per recipe specs and SOPs.
• Package, label, stock, and rotate in-store products.
• Complete tasks at assigned workstation.
• Assist in multiple food prep areas and catering orders as needed.
• Perform other duties as required to support operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas.
