Job summary

Peloton is seeking a Store Expert in Santa Clara, CA to deliver outstanding in-store experiences, educate visitors on Peloton products and content, and close sales. Reporting to a Store Manager, you’ll create immersive customer interactions and tailor solutions to member needs.

The role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a base hourly pay of $20 and eligibility for a monthly commission plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and solutions to all Members.
• Stay current with new products, features, and content.
• Help customers find the right product fit for their needs.
• Meet or exceed established performance goals.
• Contribute to store activities, including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other duties as assigned.
• Engage in cross-department initiatives that may include Commercial, Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, community events, and Member Support.
