Nordstrom in Florida seeks a Designated Selling Associate who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves fashion, and excels at one-on-one customer service. You will educate customers on brand trends, manage digital selling tools, and participate in merchandising to keep the department inviting.

You will build relationships, reach sales goals, work with teammates across departments, and support both in-store and online channels.

Responsabilidades

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling with selling tools and reservations.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide service to customers on their terms and be flexible with duties across departments.
• Educate customers on style, fit, value, and brand trends.
• Attend meetings and trainings to build product knowledge and expertise.
• Collaborate with other DSAs, Stylists and departments; lead product knowledge sessions.
• Drive sales through appointment-based selling during events and non-event periods.
