Job summary

Fabletics is seeking Part-Time Store Associates for our NEW location at Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso, TX. You will deliver a best-in-class retail experience, assist customers with product choices, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Store Manager and join a energetic team focused on hitting ambitious goals while upholding safety and store standards. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on in-store customer engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Familiarity with active lifestyle products and communities is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Maintain store merchandising and assist with inventory processes.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Achieve personal sales goals and uphold safety standards.
