Job summary

Bay Home & Window in Pleasanton is seeking an energetic Event Marketing Associate to be the first contact with new customers at partner locations and events. You’ll learn to present our high-end products and set appointments for the design team to visit homes or showrooms.

You’ll be coached by a caring management team, gain hands-on training in sales and marketing, and have opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized company.

Qualifications

• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Dependable and ambitious with a strong work ethic.
• Valid Driver’s License and car insurance are required.
• Safe and reliable transportation to reach partner locations.
• Consistent weekend availability.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift 10-20 lbs.
• Able to work independently and in groups.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain in-store vendor and booth displays.
• Engage with potential customers to educate about the products we offer.
• Interface with partner management teams.
• Gather client information and use iPads to book appointments.
• Assist in booth clean-up.
