Bay Home & Window in Pleasanton is seeking an energetic Event Marketing Associate to be the first contact with new customers at partner locations and events. You’ll learn to present our high-end products and set appointments for the design team to visit homes or showrooms.

You’ll be coached by a caring management team, gain hands-on training in sales and marketing, and have opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized company.

Competenze

Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
Dependable and ambitious with a strong work ethic.
Valid Driver’s License and car insurance are required.
Safe and reliable transportation to reach partner locations.
Consistent weekend availability.
Able to stand for extended periods.
Able to lift 10-20 lbs.
Able to work independently and in groups.

YOUR ROLE

Your mission is to be the first point of contact with new customers as they engage with you at our Bay Area partner locations and other events. We will train you to share our wonderful products and answer questions for potential customers, and to then set up appointments for our design team to meet in their homes or showrooms. You will be coached and mentored by a caring, dedicated management team to become an important first connection point between our company and our new customers.

A day in the life of an Event Marketing Associate:

Set-up and maintain in-store vendor and booth display throughout the day
Engage with potential customers to educate and help them learn about the products we offer
Interface with our partner’s management teams
Gather client information and use iPads to book appointments on the spot
Assist in clean-up of booth
