Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, read sales reporting, and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Confidence selling across a range of price points and understanding of wardrobe styling.
• Physical ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours per shift and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other DSAs, stylists, and departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling.
• Provide personalized styling advice and product education to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Lead and participate in product knowledge meetings.
• Merchandise, stock, and keep the department customer-ready.
• Provide product feedback to management.
