Job summary

Acosta Group’s Product Connections unit seeks an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will gain product knowledge, engage consumers, and demonstrate products professionally.

The role includes handling samples, maintaining a clean workstation, and supporting client events in retail settings. Responsibilities emphasize proactive consumer interaction, accurate reporting, and seamless setup for events, with emphasis on professional appearance and teamwork in a retail

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience preferred; or equivalent combination.
• Computer skills: Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device with internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Intercept, engage, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation with cleaning chemicals.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution; maintain professional appearance.
• Complete expense reports as per Company Policy; submit online requirements on event day.
• Access the internet and navigate internal systems; use Microsoft Outlook; view Word & Adobe PDF forms.
