Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Moore, OK location. You will handle in-person and phone orders, assist guests, and support daily store operations to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person.
• Comfort with standing and walking for shifts, and lifting light loads.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment as required in daily store operations.
• Stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone and internet orders; count inventory and complete paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and assist guests as needed.
