Job summary

Domino’s Pizza Team DAKS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in-store and by phone. You will take orders, process payments, and assist with food prep while maintaining cleanliness and a safe, welcoming environment.

You will also promote products, resolve issues professionally, and work closely with the team to meet service goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for handling transactions.

• Must be at least 16 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders in-person and over the phone.
• Accurately enter customer orders into the system and handle payments.
• Provide product recommendations and promotions to enhance satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Assist in food preparation, including making pizzas and other menu items.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including workstations, lobby, and restrooms.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet service goals.
• Assist with stocking and inventory management.
