Domino's Pizza Team DAKS is hiring Customer Service Representatives. You will greet customers, take orders, and process payments in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll also assist in food prep, maintain cleanliness, and help drive promotions and upsells to enhance customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication and teamwork, with a focus on accurate order entry and customer care. Must be at least 16; training is provided.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in-person and over the phone.
• Accurately enter customer orders into the system and handle payment transactions.

• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Assist in food preparation, including making pizzas and other menu items when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including workstations, lobby, and restrooms.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet service goals.
