Responsibilities

• Restock shelves, displays, and product presentation areas as needed.

• Provide information about current promotions and available merchandise.
• Monitor product displays and replenish items when inventory becomes low.
• Assist with arranging merchandise according to established presentation standards.
• Help maintain accurate product information and pricing materials.
• Support the handling of routine exchanges and purchase‑related questions according to company procedures.
• Identify damaged or misplaced merchandise and report concerns appropriately.
• Maintain organized storage areas and accessible product supplies.
• Assist with preparing merchandise for promotional activities and seasonal updates.
• Communicate inventory shortages and product availability concerns to team members.
• Support daily opening, closing, and general store preparation activities.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and professional shopping environment.
• Demonstrate familiarity with featured products and current merchandise offerings.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to complete daily retail assignments.
• Follow established procedures for merchandise handling, customer assistance, and store upkeep.
• Complete additional retail support responsibilities as assigned.
