Job summary

Domino’s in-store team members know their stuff and know how to have a good time. As a CSR you’ll focus on front-line customer care, taking orders, and helping pizza makers ensure fast, accurate service in a busy store.

There are two roles in-store: Pizza Makers and Customer Service Representatives. This position offers opportunities for career growth within the Domino’s store network and a chance to develop essential hospitality and teamwork skills with training and support.

Qualifications

• You must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately and quickly.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders over phone and in person
• Greeting customers within 10 seconds
• Building relationships with customers
• Keeping the customer area clean
• Assisting Pizza Makers with toppings and dough.
