Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits and merchandising for a leading wireless brand. You will visit stores on a recurring schedule, complete audits, and help maintain brand presence with flexible, part-time hours.

The role rewards independence and reliability, with immediate start dates upon certification and compensation structured for a 1099 contractor. You will be the brand liaison at the retail level.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Tech-savvy with mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to visit local stores.
• Access to a personal smart device (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Initial visit begins with an audit, followed by follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
