Mondelez International is seeking a full-time Merchandiser/Order Writer to represent the brand in Rexburg, Rigby, Saint Anthony, and Jackson stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, place orders via iPad, and maintain in-stock conditions while delivering exceptional service to store teams and shoppers.

You will travel to multiple locations, follow RTM plans, and participate in promotions and seasonal launches.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver\'s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physical work required: lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional movement up to 50 lbs; moving products from stock rooms to store floor.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Rexburg, ID; secondary locations Rigby, ID; Saint Anthony, ID; Jackson, WY.
• Schedule: Five days per week, start at 5 am.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI merchandising standards; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical activities including lifting and moving products.
