Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in the United States is hiring a Full-Time Merchandiser to ensure Red Bull products are stocked, displayed, rotated to brand standards, and available at point of sale across varied store formats. You will lift cases, merchandise shelves and displays, report damaged or expired product, and collaborate with Account Sales Managers to optimize product availability.

A valid US driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required; English

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle to use for work with adequate insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock and proper rotation.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, including building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
