The role requires daily store visits, strong relationship-building with store personnel, and ordering via iPad with Salesforce. This position emphasizes safety and physical tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, positive, and able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Able to perform physical duties including lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasionally moving up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and manage stock via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock shelves using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and prioritization for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling physical tasks of the role.
