Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in Fort Worth-area stores. You’ll stock shelves, build displays, take photos, and drive in-store visibility for iconic brands.

You’ll represent Mondelēz in-store, service store teams and shoppers, and work with RTM plans while lifting and moving products. The role requires early hours, reliable transportation, and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform hard work in fast-paced environment including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally 50+ lbs.
• Live within 25 miles of Fort Worth, TX; secondary location North Richland Hills, TX.
• Schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday; start by 05:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure adherence to RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage among retail team.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management team.
• Perform physical duties including lifting and moving products in a snack-powered environment.
