The role emphasizes relationship-building with store staff, in-store execution, and adherence to merchandising standards across assigned routes in Colorado, including Montrose and Hotchkiss areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to ensure visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad and maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
