Job summary

ThirdChannel seeks a flexible Brand Representative (1099) to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality checks for a wireless brand. You will visit stores bi-monthly for one hour per visit, report via the ThirdChannel App, and help maintain a strong brand presence across locations.

Ideal candidates are personable, detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and have reliable transportation. Certification before start is required to begin delivering audits and merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
