Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. Visits are scheduled twice per month, each lasting one hour, with flexible, supplemental income.

Immediate start dates available upon certification, with compensation starting at $24 per hour based on experience. You will use the ThirdChannel App for surveys, reporting, and real-time data/photos, acting as the liaison between brand and store

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS/Android).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Brand Rep Certification must be completed before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits.
• Visit execution starts with an audit and continues with follow-up visits and visual merchandising.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys, submit data and photos.
