ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits and merchandising for a wireless/ connectivity brand. Independent contractor status and flexible scheduling with two 1-hour visits per store each month define the role.

Successful candidates will complete Brand Rep Certification prior to starting, travel to local stores, and regularly use the ThirdChannel App for reporting and data submission.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device (iOS/Android) for reporting.
• Experience in wireless/telecommunications or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-store audits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Initial audit visits followed by follow-ups to resolve issues and trend into visual merchandising.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data/photos.
