Job summary

Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box retailer locations across the country. This is a 1-year continuity program with a consistent schedule and training requirements.

Locations include Pasadena, Montebello, Milpitas, and more across California. Paid training begins promptly, with weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing and a standard rate of $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must own reliable transportation to assigned retailer location.
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address for brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes).
• Complete retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program. Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line - ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit.
