Chicago Elite Management is seeking a motivated Promotional Marketing & Sales Representative to join our retail team in Chicago. You will represent nationally recognized brands, engage with customers, provide product and service information, and contribute to sales and performance goals.

No prior sales experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to learn and receive coaching.
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
