Responsabilidades

• Produce and deliver extraordinary customer service to customers entering the store and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards as listed in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations including shipments and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods using product knowledge.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and prevent fraud by ensuring internal controls.
