Job summary

New Bath Today of Texas seeks energetic Field Marketing Associates to explain our products and services to homeowners at stores and events across the area. This part-time role requires 10–28 hours weekly with potential to grow into full-time, travel to Big Box retailers and home shows, and reliable transportation is essential.

Responsibilities include increasing brand awareness, generating leads, scheduling appointments, engaging customers, and representing the brand with a consultative sales

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required, (retail sales experience is preferred)
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel with large, branded items
• Evening and weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Increase brand awareness and sales through event marketing and demonstrations
• Represent the brand at in-store events and home shows, including planning, coordination, lead generation, and scheduling appointments
• Engage with customers professionally and answer questions about products and services
• Educate customers on New Bath Today’s offerings using a consultative approach
• Collect complete information to schedule appointments and provide marketing support via inbound/outbound leads
